Hi xisuz. You need to add a Text to Speech component in the designer window first. That component is is in the "Other stuff" folder. Once you add it, you'll see it in the Blocks editor and can grab blocks from it. I'm glad you liked the video and thanks for pointing this out.

Really helpful and straight forward but I have this issue, I couldn't find this "Text to speech" component? it is not showing in the Blocks list.
