  2. Great video. Do you have to flash the radio in order for it to update properly? The reason I ask, for someone like me who's used to Samsung phones, the radio versions make a huge difference in cell quality and etc. So I was just wondering for Nexus phones if one can keep current radio version but also successfully update to the latest security updates? Thanks!

  3. While I wish there was an easier way, sometimes it's best to just do it like this. Thanks for posting this. After hours of trying to do it the easy, I followed your directions and was finished in less than 30mins.

  4. Hi @maowdroid, I cannot OTA update to the MMB29Q after rooting it. When I follow this to the need, do you need to reinstall the apps and alike? I can see that the data is kept. But what about the apps? Are those kept as well or did you have to reinstall them?

Also after performing this step, does it restore OTA update to future updates? Thanks. I am right now on a Rooted MMB29P (stock Nexus ROM, I did not load anything in it).
